Ultradent Products, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of high-tech dental materials, is revealing its latest tool for non-invasive treatments—the photobiomodulation (PBM) adapter for the Gemini™ 810 + 980 soft tissue diode laser.

When paired with the Gemini laser, the PBM adapter gives clinicians the ability to treat a myriad of conditions—specifically pain management, even with such conditions as TMJ disorders—with one easy-to-use device. “We’re committed to progressing non-invasive dentistry and our PBM adapter furthers that effort,” says Ultradent Founder and CEO, Dr. Dan Fischer. “This adapter allows clinicians across the globe to better serve their patients through a variety of treatment needs.”

The PBM adapter marks another technological advancement for Ultradent, following tireless research into the benefits of photobiomodulation treatments. “With a wealth of well-documented clinical studies in hand, we know that PBM can be a valuable resource to the clinician. The PBM adapter functions on the 810 wavelength, the optimal wavelength to be absorbed for photobiomodulation.
