Ultradent Products, Inc. CEO and President, Dr. Dan Fischer named an Ernst and Young Entrepeneur of the Year® 2013 Finalist in the Utah Region

Ernst & Young LLP today announced that Dr. Dan Fischer, President and CEO of Ultradent Products, Inc., an international dental company, was named a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2013 program in the Utah Region. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Winners will be presented at a special gala on June 20 at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Dan Fischer graduated from Loma Linda University in 1974. Dr. Fischer maintained a full-time private practice for fifteen years, working after hours on research and development. He still maintains a part-time practice with an emphasis on esthetic dentistry. He is President and CEO of Ultradent Products, Inc. and extensively involved in the development of many products used widely in the dental profession, with numerous U.S. and foreign patents granted/pending. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Loma Linda University and University of Texas San Antonio. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the AACD in 2005.
