Ultradent Introduces New Tools for Online Account Management

read more »Ultradent customers now have the ability to access and manage their account information online. This new feature added to ultradent.com allows customers to view invoices and statements, make and schedule payments with a credit card or checking account, set up automatic payments, and more. Customers can also choose to receive invoices and statements via email for easy uploading into their accounting software programs.
To access these account management features, customers can click on the Pay My Bill link found on the Sign In and My Account screens of ultradent.com, or they can visit ultradent.billtrust.com directly. First-time users will be required to create an account using their existing account number and email address. They’ll also be asked to select a password when registering.
“We have attempted to address many concerns and suggestions from customers and our outside sales team in the implementation of this tool,” said Ken Bruch, accounting manager at Ultradent. “We are excited to be able to offer this service to our customers.”
