Townies Announce Favorite Ultradent Products for 2008

read more »Ultradent Products, Inc. is the proud recipient of nine 2008 Townie Choice awards. The awards spanned the categories of Take-Home Cosmetic Bleach, Pit and Fissure Sealants, Toothpaste, Finishing and Polishing Pastes, Caries Detectors, Etchant, Gingival Retraction Material and Hemostatic Agents.
Every year, members of www.dentaltown.com cast their votes for their favorite dental products. Since the inception of the Townie Choice Awards in 2003, members have been faithful to several Ultradent products including Seek and Sable Seek, Ultra-Etch, UltraPak Knitted Cord and Viscostat. This year, the products made the Townie favorite list again along with Diamond Polish, UltraSeal XT plus, ViscoStat Clear and two Opalescence Products – Opalescence Treswhite Supreme and Opalescence Whitening Toothpaste. “We’re proud of our Townie favorites,” said Dr. Fischer, President/CEO of Ultradent, “We’d like to express our deepest thanks for the support of Dentaltown.com members”.

Ultradent receives special honor for support of the Sealants for Smiles program

read more »Ultradent Products, Inc. was recognized as a community partner for its support of Sealants for Smiles, an oral health program sponsored by Dental Select. The award was received during Dental Select’s “An Evening of Smiles” gala in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Ultradent Products, Inc. supports the Sealants for Smiles program, whose mission is to improve the oral health of Utah’s disadvantaged children. In a recent summary of 2008 activity, the program reported placement of over 5,700 sealants of 2nd and 6th grade student in Title I schools.
During the gala, Ultradent was recognized along with Intermountain Healthcare, Bonneville International and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Humanitarian Services. Keynote speakers at the event included Winston Wilkinson, Director at the Office of Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Dr. Roger Adams, CEO/President of Sealants for Smiles and a special video presentation from Utah’s Governor, Jon M. Hunstman Jr.
