810 & 980 DIODE LASER USERS COURSE
This didactic and hands-on course will discuss multiple uses of these lasers to treat patients with less discomfort for them and increase revenue that as a clinician you may have referred out. Topics include: troughing for analog or virtual impressions, frenectomies, biopsies, aesthetic recontouring, operculoumectomy, laser assisted periodontal therapy and laser bacterial reduction, photobiomodulation, nerve regeneration, treating erosive lichen planus, laser depigmentation, laser desensitizing, removal of distal wedges, gingivectomies, creating ovate pontics.
We will cover the following:
- Understand physic that a diode uses and how Gemini and EVO differ than traditional diode lasers
- Laser safety for you and your staff
- Learn correct treatment modalities to achieve optimum results and comfort for your patients
- Learn importance of use of Photobiomodulation and how it will aid healing and decrease pain for your patients

Dr. Edward Kusek has been practicing dentistry for 35 years, and using lasers for 18 years. Dr. Kusek is one of only 24 recognized course providers for the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
ANGIE WALLACE, RDH
Angie Wallace, RDH has been a clinical hygienist for over 30 years. She is an active member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), where she obtained her Advanced level proficiency. Angie is the only Dental Hygienist with ALD to have her Educator Status. Angie is an In-Office Laser Consultant with her own Laser Education company Laser Hygiene, LLC. Angie currently serves as Chair for Education Committee with the Academy of Laser Dentistry and serves on the Regulatory Affairs (Working with States on Dental Hygiene Laser use) as well as on the Auxiliary committee for the ALD Board of Directors.
